How to make a booking
To book a service, follow these three easy steps:
- First, have a look at the terms & conditions.Please don’t skip this step.
- Next, please fill in the Request form. We need you to give us a few basic details so that we can find an appropriate slot for you. Please wait to hear from us before submitting the Agreement form.
- Finally, we’ll ask you to fill in the Agreement of Service form below; it only takes five minutes and you should get a confirmation message right away.
If you don’t receive a confirmation message, you can either try re-sending the form or contact us. If you have trouble filling in the form, please send us an e-mail with the following details:
- Your name and professional/business address.
- The type of service you’d like to book.
- Your subject area and topic.
- The rough word count of your manuscript. Exclude any sections you don’t want edited (e.g. the references list) and any tables that consist almost exclusively of numbers.
- The approximate or exact dates that suit you best (e.g. 15–25 March; mid March).
- Whether your manuscript has already been edited and/or submitted to a publisher.
- You may also tell us, if you wish, whether the peer reviewers or your publisher’s editor had any comments to make on things such as grammar, structure or argumentation.
How to make a payment
- The easiest method is by direct bank transfer: every invoice, whether in GBP or EUR, includes all necessary details.
- Alternatively, you can use a service such as Currencies Direct or XE Money Transfer. We are not in anyway affiliated with and receive no commission from any of these companies. You can choose any similar company, provided that it has an FCA registration.

Before you submit the form, please double-check that all the details that you have filled in match what we have arranged by e-mail. If you need to change any of those details (e.g. the start date), please contact us first.
