Terms & Conditions

The terms & conditions that apply when you book any of our services are described in the Agreement. Please make sure that you’ve read the small print before you book a service.

• Note that the terms & conditions apply to all confirmed bookings.
• If you prefer a formal contract, you can download the Agreement, fill in your details and send us an electronic (scanned or digital) copy to countersign.
• The booking form is a core part of the Agreement, so every formal agreement will have to be accompanied by a form.
• However, you don’t need to sign a formal agreement in addition to the booking form. Submitting the booking form is equivalent to signing the Agreement.
